I started watching this show on Animal Planet HD and I absolutely fell in love with it. Austin Stevens is a amazing photographer and wildman/adventurer who not only makes the show fun to watch due to the danger, but he educates at the same time in a fun way. I could not believe that he is 60 years old! Crazy :) I hope I can do what he does at that age when I am 60 :)

Each episode Austin goes on an adventure to new parts of the world hunting for a rare animal to photograph. This may not sound exciting but to get there he has to travel on rafts on raging rivers, jump out of airplanes, scale rock faces and face danger at every turn.

The shows photography and music are amazing. The HD vistas are beautiful and the plot of each episode is terrific. Austin usually risks life and limb to bring us these beautiful animals and I really appreciate all the love and care he has for these creatures.

On one episode he literally almost lost his life to a Python..it was crazy to watch, yet he really adored the snake and you could tell he just loves to be at one with nature.

I recommend this show to all who want to see adventure, animals and informative programming.
