My child enjoys this show very much. Toopy and Binoo airs on Treehouse TV here in Canada and is a fun short children's show that airs in between other shows on the station.
The show centres around the mouse character Toopy and his stuffed toy (who is also alive to his imagination) Binoo. Each short episode (usually under 5 minutes) features Toopy imagining a fun and interesting adventure. The episode I just watched featured a Marshmallow which came alive and began talking to Toopy and Binoo. The duo and marshmallow then began jumping and ended up jumping to the moon :) You can see how crazy some of the ideas can get, but this show is meant as some lighthearted comedy for children and really does encourage a child's imagination.
I really recommend this show to parents of young children who just want to let their kids watch a fun entertaining show with lots of imagination and no violence. :)
