The Unofficial Guide Walt Disney World 2011 Review

I have been to Walt Disney World the last three years and each year I purchase the next release of this guide and every year I am surprised at the amount of new content that the authors include. I don't even know how much these guides have saved me in time and money over the years.

The first thing I do with each edition is check the hotel accommodations chapter. The authors compare hotel accommodations within and away from the resort. Also, for those that don't want to wade through all the hotel reviews, the authors have included detailed summary tables about where to get the most bang for your buck. These reviews are very specific, the authors even go so far as to determine which hotels are the most quiet (they measured the noise levels at each hotel in dB!!!).

The book covers going to Disney World by yourself, with your kids, with your parents, etc.. You name it and there is likely a section of the book devoted to it. They also cover the restaurants in and around Disney World as well as where you can go to collect souvenirs. The book is extremely detailed (some may say too detailed at over 800 pages), but the information is really useful. The authors even go so far as to include information about surrounding attractions like Sea World!!!

I haven't even touched on the amazing planning schedules included with the book which enable you to see the most out of Disney World within the time you have available. There really aren't enough good things I can say about this guide. Be sure to pick it up the next time you are going to visit Walt Disney World - you won't be disappointed.
